My services can range from a review your domestic partnership or prenuptial agreement or I can provide you with full representation from the initial filing in a divorce or custody proceeding, or other civil matter, to trial and appeal, if necessary. The services that you need depend on the particular case. The best way for us to determine that is to sit down and talk about your case.
Legal Services/Free Initial Consultation
I always start every case with a free initial half hour consultation. This is your test drive, to see if you are comfortable working with me. Please email or call my office to set that up. After that, based on the time and work likely to be involved in your case, we will discuss the retainer fee and retainer agreement, as well as the anticipated fees in your case.
