I just recently argued a case before the Ohio Supreme Court regarding the authority of county boards of developmental disabilities to file motions to intervene in guardianship cases.

I really enjoyed the argument and I feel that this is an important issue that needs to be addressed by the Court.  Now we just have to wait and see how the court rules.
